No. The 10-patient free trial requires zero commitment and zero signature. We connect to Muntra, run the campaigns, and show you what happens. If you want to continue after that, we agree on terms then. If not, you keep whatever bookings came in and we part ways.
We connect using the official Muntra API with a read/write token you generate and share with us. We only access the data we need to identify dormant patients and book appointments. We operate under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that covers GDPR obligations, and we never store or share patient data outside of what is required to run the campaigns.
We only count patients who had not been in for 18 months or more and who booked directly as a result of an Eira SMS campaign. Every booking is tracked back to the specific conversation. If a patient was already overdue and came in through another channel, or if they were already booked before we contacted them, we do not count that as attributable revenue and we do not charge for it.
The message goes out in your clinic's name, from a number associated with your clinic, in plain Swedish. It is a personalised message referencing their patient history with you — not a broadcast. Patients respond because it feels like the clinic actually reached out.
It happens occasionally and we handle it automatically. If a patient replies asking not to be contacted again, Eira sends a polite response, stops all outreach to that patient immediately, and flags them in our system so they are never contacted again. You will see it in the dashboard. The opt-out rate on our campaigns is very low — patients generally respond positively because the message is relevant and personal.
Right now we are focused exclusively on clinics running Muntra in Sweden. Muntra is our integration point and the audit, campaigns, and booking all run through it. If you are on a different practice management system, we are not the right fit yet — but reach out and we will let you know when that changes.
